Our Veterinary Medical Center has been experiencing an increase in the number of requests for veterinary care, which has been further exacerbated by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Many pet owners who are facing financial difficulties are being turned away by other local veterinary hospitals, and as a result, our caseload has increased dramatically.

Unfortunately, due to the high demand in the area, we often have to book appointments far in advance, and we are not always able to accommodate all requests for care. We understand how challenging this can be for pet owners, and we are actively exploring ways to expand our capacity and provide the best possible care to all animals in need.

When we reach these conditions where we cannot possibly provide safe and legally required standard of practice care to more public pets, and we have no choice but to stop receiving incoming patients and refer them to other hospitals in the valley.
