We understand life happens and you may need to cancel a class (or two!) you have signed up for. Our pets will miss seeing you at the shelter, but we just need a bit of information to get started. Our furry friends will be eagerly awaiting your return.
Refund for Service Hours or Camps
Please look for your confirmation email and scroll down to the black box “Change/Cancel Appointment” tab.
Refunds will not be given within 2 weeks of booked time.
Refund for Birthday Parties or Homeschool Classes
Please use this form only for refund requests related to birthday parties or homeschool classes. We’re unable to process other types of refund requests through this form.
