Boise Police on Friday released screenshots of tattoos of a suspect spotted in some extremely graphic animal abuse videos. The agency says it’s still trying to figure out whether the suspect and videos have any local connection in the “very disturbing” cases.
Earlier in the week, the Idaho Humane Society said it had received numerous reports from folks claiming it was a local person. The Humane Society also says the FBI is now investigating.
“There are unconfirmed reports from people who believe that the videos might have been recorded in Boise or the surrounding area,” Boise PD said. Read more…
