MERIDIAN, Idaho — A Meridian man was arrested following an investigation into multiple reports of animal cruelty, according to the Meridian Police Department and the Idaho Humane Society’s Animal Control division.
Police said Ethan Ramsey, 31, of Meridian, was identified as a suspect after investigators received reports alleging Ramsey had abused and killed multiple cats. Officers and detectives reviewed video and physical evidence during the investigation, according to MPD. Read more…
