Idaho non-profits work to help 60 dogs left behind by deceased man

MARSING, Idaho (CBS2) — West Valley Humane Society has been working with local non-profits to find homes for 60 dogs left behind by a deceased man.

“It quickly became apparent that these dogs needed immediate attention and care,” WVHS said. “All dogs on the property had fleas, internal parasites and the majority of them had minor to moderate wounds.”

WVHS worked with both Idaho Humane Society and a private volunteer group called Ladies and the Trap to catch the dogs and bring them in for care. Click to read more…
