BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Dozens of dogs and three birds were recently rescued in Boise.
The Idaho Humane Society said Monday that the senior couple was taking care of 32 papillons, one labrador retriever, and three parakeets when it just became too much.
“They had become overwhelmed with their living situation, and we stepped in so we could provide medical care and eventual adoption,” the Idaho Humane Society said on social media.
