BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho Humane Society (IHS) is seeking the owner of two abandoned dogs on their property.
On Thursday, April 10, around 7:40 a.m., two dogs were left outside of the local animal shelter. Idaho Humane Society was able to capture security camera footage of the person who dropped off the dogs, and needs help identifying them. Read more…
