The Idaho Humane Society relies on our many volunteers to bring our vision to life by sheltering, feeding, providing medical attention, and finding adoptive homes for abandoned and abused animals in our community. 

We offer a variety of programs and volunteer opportunities for people of all ages! Our Humane Education program provides students with the chance to earn service hours and receive signed letters recognizing their volunteer contributions. We also welcome groups for short-term volunteer opportunities.

Please note: we do not offer any short-term volunteer opportunities for those 18+ outside of groups or community service, but do offer long-term opportunities.
