We understand life happens and you may need to cancel a class (or two!) you have signed up for. Our pets will miss seeing you at the shelter, but we just need a bit of information to get started. Our furry friends will be eagerly awaiting your return.

Refund Policies:

• Service Hours for Students: No refund if canceled less than two weeks in advance.
• Birthday Parties: 50% refund if canceled two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
