The Idaho Humane Society is offering a reward for information that leads to the conviction of the person or people responsible for shooting several puppies in eastern Oregon, according to a news release from the organization. The news release said five puppies were found shot and dumped near Malheur Butte, a mountain about 6 miles west of Ontario, Oregon. A Facebook post from the Malheur County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the shooting, said a sixth puppy survived. Read more…
